Tom Dale Mapm

Tom Dale MAPM is an experienced Programme Manager with a strong track record in diverse sectors including aerospace, automotive, and technology innovation. Currently with HORIBA MIRA since November 2024, Tom previously held roles at Cosworth as Engineering Programme Manager, where leadership of aerospace engineering programs led to securing high-value contracts. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at Sprint Power Technology Limited and Programme Manager at Nobel Automotive, where Tom managed global teams and launched complex product portfolios. With a solid background in project management from EU-Matic and a decade in the aerospace industry, Tom holds an MSc in Engineering Business Management and a BSc (Hons) in Design and Technology from Coventry University.
