Brent Rosenthal is the founder of Mountain Hawk Capital Partners, LLC, an investment fund focused on small and micro-cap equities since January 2017. Brent serves as a board member for Horizon Kinetics LLC and Syntec Optics, and has been a board member and advisor for FLYHT from December 2019 to December 2024. Additionally, Brent holds the position of Lead Independent Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors for RiceBran Technologies, and was the Lead Director of the Board of Directors for Comscore, Inc. from January 2016 to June 2024. Previous roles include Board Member and Chairman of the Board of Directors for SITO Mobile Ltd., Special Adviser to the Board of Directors for ReposiTrak, and Partner in Affiliates at W.R. We are an independently owned and operated investment boutique that adheres to a long-term, contrarian, fundamental value investment philosophy that the founders established 26 years ago at Bankers Trust Company. Horizon Kinetics has over 70 employees and has primary offices in New York City, White Plains, NY and Summit, NJ.
