Joyce Yu

Joyce Yu is an accomplished student leader currently serving on the Finance Committee of the University of Maryland Student Government Association, overseeing the distribution of a $2.7 million student activities fund. In addition, Joyce coordinates social events for Delta Sigma Pi and actively promotes diversity and inclusion through various initiatives. With experience in financial management as a Finance Community Organizing Student Intern at the Office of Multicultural Involvement & Community Advocacy, Joyce analyzes significant program budgets and leads multicultural initiatives. Previous roles as a barista at Kung Fu Tea and Starbucks, a dental receptionist, and a member services associate demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills. Joyce is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Asian American Studies at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
