Philip Neal

Philip Neal is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as a Magnet Coordinator at Houston ISD since August 2019. In this role, Philip designed a camp for students in grades 6-8 to familiarize them with campus resources and oversees marketing, recruiting, and admissions efforts. Prior experience includes serving as a Special Education Teacher and Associate Teacher within Houston ISD, where Philip earned recognition as the 2016-2017 Beginning Teacher of the Year. Philip's background also encompasses roles in sales and customer service with AT&T and Spurs Sports & Entertainment, as well as internships in marketing at Texas A&M University and IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions. Philip holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Lamar University and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Texas A&M University.
