Xavier Escobar

Xavier Escobar, MBA, MHA, serves as the Director of Strategic Planning, Design and Real Estate Services (Ambulatory) at Houston Methodist, a role held since March 2014, where responsibilities include managing a $30+ million annual budget and leading design standards for outpatient specialties. Previous positions encompass Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, focusing on market analysis, real estate portfolio management, and healthcare construction projects.
