William Reid

William Reid has extensive experience in operations and management within the food industry, currently serving as General Manager, Site Director, and Head of Operations at Hovis Ltd since November 2013. Concurrently, William Reid holds the position of Operations Manager at Premier Foods, a role maintained since 2013 after previously serving as Continuous Improvements Manager from 2009 to 2011. Other notable positions include Operations Manager at The Cheese Company (2008-2009) and General Manager of Scottish Operations at The First Milk Cheese Company Ltd (1989-2008). William Reid holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde (2013-2014) and is certified as a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
