Kyle Menendez

Kyle Menendez, CPCU, ARe, AAI, currently serves as Managing Director at Howden Re since May 2024 and is a Founding Member of The Post since March 2023. Prior experience includes leading reinsurance broking operations in New York at Howden Tiger from June 2017 to May 2024, and serving as Programs and Research Supervisor at Chesapeake Employers' Insurance Company, where written premium growth was achieved through innovative marketing strategies. Additional roles encompass strength and conditioning coaching for high school athletes, playing as a defenseman for the Chesapeake Bayhawks in Major League Lacrosse, and contributing as a writer for Inside Lacrosse. Menendez's educational background includes an M.B.A. in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Spanish from Stevenson University.
