Okko Parviainen has been working in the technical support field since 2006. Okko began their career as a Customer Advisor at Alko Oy in 2006, then moved on to Technical Customer Advisor at CGI in 2012. In 2016, they became a System Specialist at Elisa Appelsiini, followed by a role as Technical Support Specialist at OptimeSys in 2019. Okko is currently working as a Technical Support Specialist at Hoxhunt since 2021.
Okko Parviainen attended Omnia ammattiopisto from 2004 to 2008, studying Information Technology.
