Scott Burrows has accumulated extensive experience in technical support and network engineering over a professional career that began in 2011. Currently serving as Service Desk Manager at hSo since January 2015, Scott is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving 2nd line support escalations while acting as an internal escalation point for technical issues. Prior to this role, Scott worked at Niu Solutions, where responsibilities included serving as a Cisco Network Engineer—resolving customer and internal IPT issues on a managed network—and as a Service Desk Analyst, handling phone calls related to Cisco, Systems, and carrier fault issues. Scott obtained education at Kingston College from 2000 to 2003.
