Alison Deane has a strong background in learning and development. Alison started their career at Iceland Foods in 1993 as a Learning Development Manager and remained in this role until 2005. Alison then worked at The Fragrance Shop as a National Learning & Development Manager from 2006 to 2007. Alison went on to join Pets at Home as a Learning and Development Manager from 2007 to 2015. Alison was then promoted to Head of Learning and Development - The Groom Room at Pets at Home and held this position until 2018. Currently, Alison is the Head of Learning and Development at HSS Hire since 2019.
Alison Deane holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and Finance from Liverpool John Moores University.
