Hajar Alansari

Hajar Alansari currently serves as the Academic Partnership Lead at Hub71, contributing to the talent strategy for Abu Dhabi’s Global Tech Ecosystem through academia-industry collaboration since August 2023. Previously, Hajar worked at the Knowledge & Human Development Authority from December 2014 to August 2023, holding roles such as Senior Manager of Community Engagement and Community Communications Manager, focusing on initiatives that shaped the future of learning in Dubai, including Dubai Future Accelerators and Dubai 10X. Earlier experience includes a position as a Happiness Agent, where collaboration and creativity were emphasized across various projects, and a Design Intern role at Memac Ogilvy, which provided insight into advertising and creative campaigns while working on visual design projects. Hajar earned a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Design from Zayed University, graduating in January 2014.
