Matt Montie

Matt Montie is an experienced professional in distribution management with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Distribution at Hubbell Incorporated since January 2014, Montie focuses on enhancing service performance across multiple distribution centers by aligning operations with financial and efficiency standards. Prior roles include Distribution Manager at Hubbell Incorporated, where operational effectiveness was spearheaded for various distribution centers, and similar positions at Hubbell Power Systems overseeing two centers in South Carolina and Missouri. Earlier experience includes managing capacity and warehousing operations at Amazon.com, as well as multiple leadership roles in the U.S. Navy, including Weapons Officer and Operational Specialist. Montie holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Tulane University and completed an internship in Political Science at American University.
