Michael Akumiah

Michael Kofi Akumiah is an experienced professional in the E-commerce and telecommunications industries, currently serving as the Rider Success Manager at Hubtel since December 2016. In this role, Michael empowers Hubtel's rider community to effectively manage orders and view the platform as a viable income source. Prior positions at Hubtel include Manager of Sales Operations, Lead of Order Monitoring & Management, and Order Fulfillment Manager, focusing on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Michael's career began in customer service and sales roles, with significant experience at companies such as MTech Communications PLC and Airtel Ghana Limited. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Ghana and has completed foundational education at Presbyterian Boys' Secondary School and Creator School.
