Stefan Wills

Stefan Wills is an accomplished academic and practitioner in leadership development, currently serving as an Associate Professor of Leadership at Hult International Business School since May 2022. Previously, Stefan worked as a Professor of Leadership at Ashridge Executive Education from May 2016 to May 2022, and as Programme Director at Ashridge Business School from January 1991 to May 2016, where responsibilities included designing and delivering leadership development programmes internationally. An early career as an Occupational Psychologist at Employment Rehabilitation Services spanned from January 1989 to January 1991. Stefan holds an M.Sc in Organisational Psychology with Distinction from The University of Manchester and a BA in Social Sciences, Organisational Psychology from The University of Wolverhampton, as well as an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from Rolls Royce Aeroengines.
