Jade Adams

Jade Adams is an accomplished professional in customer success with extensive experience in leadership roles across several notable companies. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Humaans, Jade previously held the position of SVP, Customer Success & Advocacy and Vice President of Global Customer Success at Optimizely. Prior experience includes roles at Episerver, where Jade was Vice President of Global Customer Success Management and Director of Customer Success for the EMEA region. In earlier career phases, Jade worked as Customer Success Director and Senior Account Manager at Spotler UK, as well as in marketing and promotions at Global Radio. Jade holds a degree from the University of Brighton, attained between 2006 and 2009.
