Kaleb Naegeli

Kaleb Naegeli has over 10 years of scientific research experience, beginning as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Indiana University in 2006. Kaleb then worked at Duke University, serving as both a Ph.D. Candidate/Graduate Research Assistant and later as a Research Associate. At UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy, they served as a Post-doctoral Research Associate, working in the Catalyst for Rare Diseases. Currently, they are a Principal Scientist at Humacyte, a role they have held since September 2018. Throughout their career, Kaleb has conducted research in areas, including basic biology, therapeutic routes, vascular biology, proteomics, and quantitative RT-PCR.

Kaleb Naegeli earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences and Neuroscience from Indiana University Bloomington in 2010. Kaleb then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Cancer Biology from Duke University and completed the program in 2017.
