Erin Frackleton

Chief Operating Officer at Humane World for Animals

Erin Frackleton is the chief operating officer of the Humane Society of the United States.

She leads the technology, strategy, human resources, internal communications, and risk teams. Prior to joining the HSUS, Frackleton was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where she worked with corporate and nonprofit clients in the U.S., Europe, Middle East, and Africa on strategy, organization, and operations topics. She also worked at the National Park Service, GE, and the U.S. Senate.

Frackleton holds a B.A. in Politics and Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School. In addition to being an animal lover, she is an avid hiker, cyclist, and skier.
