Quinn Carney Burke

Quinn Carney Burke is an experienced executive operations professional currently serving as Senior Executive Business Partner to the CEO and Head of Operations at HumanFirst since April 2022, following the company's acquisition by ICON plc in January 2024. Prior to this, Quinn held the position of Senior Executive Business Partner at Alto Pharmacy, where responsibilities included managing a team of Executive Assistants while supporting multiple executives, and served as Executive Operations Partner at Gusto. Experience also includes roles at Thumbtack, Overstock.com, as well as coaching positions at Stanford University and the University of Maryland. Additionally, Quinn was actively involved in US Lacrosse, contributing as a board member and athlete for the US Women’s National Team. Quinn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Maryland.
