Mona Monica Kattan is the Founder and CEO of KAYALI, an affordable luxury fragrance brand that blends Middle Eastern heritage with influences from American culture. KAYALI, which translates to "My Imagination" in Arabic, aims to empower individuals through self-love and fragrance. In addition to leading KAYALI, Kattan serves on the Advisory Board of The Retail Summit, is an investor in several companies including Urbanic and Fresha, and holds a position on the Creative Council Board of Waldencast. Kattan is also a co-star on the Netflix series Dubai Bling and has been involved with multiple organizations as an investor and board member, including Humantra and The Luxury Closet, Inc. Kattan is a member of YPO and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the American University of Sharjah.
