Emma Farid is an experienced attorney at HVG Law, specializing in Corporate M&A and Energy & Utilities with a focus on ESG, since September 2022. Prior to this role, Emma worked as a legal assistant at Boot Advocaten B.V. and held various positions at Intertrust Group, including Company Lawyer, and Junior Company Lawyer. Emma's early career includes internships at Clifford Chance, Loyens & Loeff, and the Embassy of the Netherlands in the United States. Emma possesses a Master of Laws (LLM) in European Law from Leiden University and is currently pursuing the Beroepsopleiding Advocaten program, expected to complete in 2025. Emma also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a minor in Business Law from Leiden University, as well as an Erasmus Exchange degree from the University of Galway.
