Clinton Sparks has extensive experience in project management in the engineering field, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at HWC Engineering. Previously, Clinton held the same title at American Structurepoint, Inc. from October 1987 to July 2014. Clinton's career began as an Assistant Traffic Engineer at INDOT from October 1972 to May 1974, followed by a role as Field Manager at The Hoosier Company, Inc. from May 1974 to October 1987. Clinton holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, where studies were completed between 1966 and 1971.
