Kristal Ayala is an experienced professional in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as a Resident Project Representative at HWC Engineering since May 2019, after previously holding the position of Assistant Resident Project Representative. Ayala's career includes roles such as an Inspection Intern at HWC Engineering, a Student Assistant at Indiana State University, and a Cafe Manager at Tech Express Cafe, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and managing a student team. Additional experience encompasses mentoring undergraduates as a Scholar-to-Scholar Mentor for 21st Century Scholars and engaging in community-focused initiatives during an internship with Bowman Creek Educational Ecosystem. Kristal Ayala holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Indiana State University.
