Jackie Middleton

Jackie Middleton is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and customer success. Currently serving as Internal Project Manager II at Hyland's GA IS Center of Excellence since October 2021, Jackie drives efficiency within the Information Systems department by creating standardization and guidelines. Prior to this role, Jackie worked at DataBank IMX from January 2019 to October 2021, overseeing strategic plans for Customer Marketing and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Jackie's earlier tenure at Hyland included roles as Project Manager II in Research & Development and Senior Test Technician, where responsibilities included managing project scopes and conducting quality assurance testing.
