Susan Prahst Kowalski is an experienced Campaign Operations Manager at Hyland Software since September 2010, specializing in executing multichannel campaigns to generate leads, planning and managing demand generation initiatives, and utilizing platforms such as Marketo, Sitecore, Pardot, ON24, and GoToWebinar for campaign development.
