Brendan Denovan

Brendan Denovan is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Manager of Campaign Planning and Operations at the University of Ottawa since October 2019, responsible for overseeing the university's fundraising campaigns and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve fundraising goals. Previously, Brendan held the role of Communications Strategist at the University of Ottawa, where involvement included developing successful communications strategies and ensuring timely project delivery. Prior to this, Brendan served as Communications Manager for Co-operatives and Mutuals Canada, focusing on advocacy communications and member engagement for over five years. Brendan's career began as the Founding Partner and CEO of Wavertree Communications Inc., where services included design, branding, and public relations. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Carleton University, completed in 1993.
