R. Mark Ellis, CFM has a diverse and extensive work experience in facilities management. R. Mark started their career at Tekelec in 2003, where they held various roles including Director of Global Real Estate & Facilities and Senior Manager of Operations. During their time at Tekelec, they successfully managed real estate and facilities, achieving significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. R. Mark also demonstrated expertise in areas such as strategic planning, business analysis, negotiations, and team leadership.

Following their tenure at Tekelec, Ellis joined Nike in 2014 as the Integrated Workplace Services Director for North America and Europe, where they played a crucial role in managing workplace services on a regional level.
