Ricky Lui has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate industry. Ricky began their career in 1989 at New World Development Co., Ltd., where they held various roles, including Property Development Officer and Assistant Sales Manager. Ricky then worked at New World Development China Limited as Acting General Manager from 1995 to 1998. After that, Ricky joined Pacific Century Group, where they served as Director of China & Japan and later as Assistant Vice President to Senior Vice President, handling property development and assets management for the group. In 2007, they joined Tishman Speyer as General Manager - Beijing before moving to Zhao Tai Land as Vice Chairman in 2008. In 2010, Ricky became Executive Director at The Development Studio Limited, where they partnered with investors in real estate development and assets acquisition. Ricky then worked at Hang Lung Properties as Assistant Director from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Ricky is serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Hysan Development Company Limited.
Ricky Lui completed their Bachelor's degree in Building Technology and Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 1984 to 1988. Ricky later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Warwick from 1988 to 1993.
