Carolina Finger

Carolina Finger is a seasoned professional in internal communication and employer branding, currently serving as a Senior Internal Communication Analyst at i4pro since October 2023. Carolina has been the creator of Employer Branding Talks RS since October 2019, facilitating knowledge exchange in employer branding in southern Brazil. Previous experience includes roles as a Communication Planning Specialist at BWG from March 2020 to October 2023 and Account Manager at Tambor Com from March 2015 to July 2019, where Carolina managed multiple key client accounts and internal communication campaigns. Earlier career experiences include a position as Account Management Assistant at DZ Estúdio and roles as a Communication Assistant at Livraria e Editora Cassol and Public Relations Assistant at the Secretaria da Segurança Pública do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Carolina holds an MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
