Brittany McGovern

Brittany McGovern, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HRIS Manager at IAC, where responsibilities include managing Cognos BI reporting, overseeing UKG/UltiPro security and audit compliance, and ensuring data integrity within the HRIS through audits and evaluations. Prior to IAC, Brittany held the position of HRIS Manager at vineyard vines, where management of HR technology planning, design, and implementation was key, alongside establishing metrics to support HR and business operations. Earlier experience includes roles as an HR Analyst and HR Clerk. Brittany holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Stony Brook University, along with degrees in Data Science and Psychology from Cornell University, Purchase College, and SUNY Geneseo.
