Gian Parodi

Gian Parodi is a Learning and Development Consultant currently at IAG, responsible for updating mandatory learning programs for people leaders, focusing on Employee Entitlements and Safety & Wellbeing. Previously, Gian served as a Capability Partner at Bank of Queensland, working on a project to enhance risk and compliance capabilities across the organization. As a Training Specialist at Tyro Payments, Gian developed capability frameworks and eLearning content. Experience also includes a role as a Learning Specialist at Ausgrid and as a Senior Instructional/Learning Designer at Westpac Group. Education includes a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics/Information Technology from Australian Catholic University and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from the Management Institute of Australia.
