Kim Appleby, with CISM and ITIL certifications, has been an accomplished IT professional since 1989, currently serving as the IAG IT Security Operations Lead at International Airlines Group since October 2018. Kim possesses extensive experience in IT service management focused on endpoint security protection, policy enforcement, and security software management.
