Jeffrey Hutcher is a seasoned professional in the construction and consulting industry, currently serving as Managing Partner for Building in California Consulting Services and Building in California, where Jeffrey specializes in contract inspections and plan check services to address jurisdictional overloads in California. As a member of the Board of Directors of the Oakland Builders Alliance, Jeffrey focuses on streamlining permitting processes to expedite project completion. Additionally, Jeffrey holds the position of Regional Sales Director at Aqualoop, promoting advanced greywater systems amidst California's water crisis. With a background that includes committee membership at IAPMO and a prior tenure as a senior inspector for the City of Oakland, Jeffrey also contributes to education as a certified instructor and has experience teaching residential plumbing at Laney College. A graduate of SUNY New Paltz with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Solar Energy Technology, Jeffrey is well-equipped with technical knowledge and industry expertise.
