Joshua Luo is an experienced Project Engineer currently at IAPMO since January 2016, where responsibilities include leading a joint venture to establish a water demonstration lab, educating clients on plumbing product standards, and enhancing lab testing capabilities. Previous roles at GE Digital Energy and GE Critical Power involved acquiring foundational knowledge in substation design and testing high-voltage rectifiers, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
