Joanna Cocco Kemper

Joanna Kemper, M.A., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, diversity, equity, inclusion, and business leadership. Currently serving as a Consultant at the National Diversity Council and the General Manager at KIWAVI, Joanna also leads a home-based bakery, Basil & Bread, and facilitates the Women's Business Leadership Certificate Program at Xavier University. As Founder and CEO of JCK Leadership Growth, Joanna partners with faith-based organizations to promote effective people management practices. Previously, Joanna held senior roles in various organizations, including Sr. Manager - Field HRBP at Luxottica Retail North America and Regional Human Resources Manager at Meijer, where key contributions included talent management and recruitment strategies. Holding a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Development from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Rollins College, Joanna combines educational expertise with a commitment to creating impactful DEIB solutions.
