Petrus Gildenhuys is a seasoned sustainability consultant with over two decades of experience in environmental management and consultancy. As the Director and a founding member of IBIS Consulting since September 2013, Petrus has played a pivotal role in helping private and public organizations enhance their environmental and social performance. Prior to this, as a Principal Consultant at ERM from May 2011 to August 2013, Petrus managed various environmental consulting projects for major clients like Sasol and Anglo American. Petrus also served as an Associate Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers from August 2000 to March 2011, overseeing large engagements related to environmental, health, and safety management. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Environmental Sciences and a BLarch in Landscape Architecture from the University of Pretoria, complemented by an MBA in Strategic Thinking from North-West University.
