Currently serving as Managing Consultant – Quantum & AI, Theo leads international teams in designing and deploying quantum & artificial intelligence solutions for global banking institutions, driving innovation in customer engagement and predictive analytics. His leadership has been pivotal in shaping target operating models and governance frameworks that align technology initiatives with executive strategy.

Previously, as Chief of Staff to the Managing Director – FS & AI, Theo orchestrated executive-level reporting and strategic communications for consulting programs exceeding €100M in annual revenue. He played a key role in IBM’s eminence efforts, crafting thought leadership content for premier industry events such as WAICF and AI for Finance, and contributing to executive education at HEC Paris.

Theo’s career began in AI consulting, where he led delivery teams and designed scalable cognitive solutions that transformed operations for major insurance and financial services firms— achieving measurable outcomes such as 50% faster time-to-market and 25% cost reductions.

He holds an Engineering Master’s Degree in Computer Science from EPF Paris and is certified in Quantum Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Banking Insights.
