Neil Roberts

Neil Roberts is an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in managing customer service relationships and ensuring service performance across multiple organizations. Currently at iC Consult since October 2022, Neil has previously held key roles such as Service Delivery Manager at ProofID and Senior Service Delivery Manager at CGI. Notably, at The Co-operative Bank plc, Neil was accountable for the Data WAN and Telephony platforms, managing service performance against SLAs. Earlier roles include Service Manager at Vodafone, where Neil oversaw significant customer accounts and conducted service management aligned with ITIL practices, and Service Manager at Cable & Wireless Worldwide.
