Joanne M.

Joanne M. is a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager for EMEA at ICE, a global data and technology company, since May 2018. In this role, Joanne oversees talent acquisition strategies for a firm that operates futures and equity exchanges worldwide and provides market-leading data services. Prior to ICE, Joanne served as a Lead Sourcing Specialist at Santander UK from June 2017 to May 2018, contributing to the bank's dedication to simplifying customer experiences.
