Tim Brown is a seasoned entrepreneur and professional athlete, currently serving as the Co-Founder of Allbirds since June 2015, where a commitment to comfort, design, and sustainability in footwear is prioritized. As a Venture Partner at Icehouse Ventures from June 2024, Tim works to support Kiwi founders. Additionally, involvement in the Auckland FC Ownership Team aims to enhance the club's success and provide opportunities for young talent. Tim's sports career includes roles as a vice-captain for the New Zealand National Team, participating in the 2010 FIFA World Cup, and playing for Wellington Phoenix and Newcastle Jets. Tim holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from The London School of Economics and an MBA from Northwestern University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Design from the University of Cincinnati, which awarded an honorary doctorate in 2024.
