Arieal Jeffery

Arieal Jeffery currently serves as a Housing Grant Manager at ICF since January 2024. Prior to this role, Arieal worked as an Appeals Coordinator at Tidal Basin Group from May 2023 to February 2024, focusing on the New York Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (NY DHSES). From January 2020 to May 2023, Arieal held the position of Emergency Management Specialist at Hunt Guillot & Associates (HGA), leading both the Flood Insurance Program and Temporary Housing Assistance Program, managing applications through all stages. Earlier experience includes a role as a Disaster Recovery Specialist at IEM from July 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included providing operational support and liaising with mortgage lenders and local municipalities regarding flood damage documentation. Arieal is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University.
