Noah Carpenter

Noah Carpenter is a Senior Climate Resilience Specialist at ICF, with prior experience as a Climate Resilience Specialist and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma. Noah has a strong foundation in research, demonstrated through a Summer Research Internship at NASA’s Armstrong Flight Research Center, where an individual project focused on plant species analysis. Educationally, Noah holds a Master’s degree in Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota. Additional roles include positions in customer service at Starbucks and McDonald's and leadership as a Team Leader and Office Assistant at the University of Minnesota.
