Anoop Goyal has an extensive work experience in the field of legal, compliance, and company secretarial roles within the securities industry. Anoop has held various roles in different companies, starting with Anand Rathi Securities as a Company Secretary from 2002 to 2006. Anoop then joined Kotak Securities as a Vice President of Compliance from 2006 to 2013. After that, they worked at Tata Securities Ltd. as the Head of Legal, Compliance, and Company Secretary from 2013 to 2015. Anoop then served as the Vice President of Legal & Compliance at Angel Broking from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are working at ICICI Securities as the Vice President of Compliance since September 2017.
Anoop Goyal pursued a CS degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed a B.Com and LLB from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya between 1995 and 2000.
