Rupesh Roushan has extensive experience in technology and software development. Rupesh currently holds the position of Vice President of Technology at ICICIdirect since 2022. Rupesh began their career as a Software Specialist at KRISHNA INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION & DEVELOPMENT from 2002 to 2004, and as a Software Developer at Merlin Softech from 2001 to 2001. Rupesh also worked as a Computer Faculty at ET&T, Govt of India from 1999 to 2000.
Rupesh Roushan completed a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree in Computer Science from ZHI, Patna in 1996-1999. Rupesh also obtained a BCA degree in Computer Science from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, Bhopal in the same years. Later, Roushan pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) specializing in Computer Software Engineering from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2003-2006. Rupesh furthered their education by completing a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University in 2006-2009, with a focus on computer studies.
