Rongkun Liu

Rongkun Liu is a Water Policy Specialist at ICIMOD since March 2023, focusing on integrated water governance frameworks and strengthening regional river basin networks. Liu has extensive experience in research and consultancy, including roles as Analyst Indus Koshi China Focal Point at ICIMOD, Writing-up Fellow at the Konrad Lorenz Institute, and Consultant for various organizations including the Asia Society and the Pendeba Society.
