Dhaval Patel

Dhaval Patel has diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dhaval currently serves as an Engineering Manager at iCIMS, starting in April 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at Synchronoss Technologies from 2010 to 2021, holding various positions within the company. As a Software Development Manager, they were responsible for managing high volume Gateway and Portal projects for a Fortune 500 client. Prior to Folica Inc., Dhaval worked at LOG-NET, Inc. as a Product Support Engineer II from 2002 to 2010. In this role, they provided technical support for maintenance issues and enhancements, coded, debugged, and tested projects using Java, C++, Sybase, Perforce, ant, and JBoss. Dhaval also created business and technical specifications for enhancements and billable client work.

Dhaval's early work experience includes a role as a Web Developer at Rohm and Haas in 2001. Here, they developed a web-based STOP audit site using ASP, MS SQL Server, and JS. This site provided managers with the ability to run statistics on audits and improve incident response and decision-making.

Dhaval Patel completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Rutgers University, from 1998 to 2002. After a few years, they pursued further education at Rutgers Business School and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Business Administration from 2005 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Dhaval Patel also obtained a certification in GIAC Secure Software Programmer-Java (GSSP-JAVA) from GIAC in April 2013.
