Giulia Salvaterra has extensive experience in global event management and support for urban food programs, currently serving as the Acting Principal Support for the Global CityFood Program at ICLEI since April 2017. Giulia has progressed through various roles at ICLEI, including Senior Officer and Officer for Global Events. Prior to this, Giulia worked in the hospitality sector, gaining experience as a salesperson and waitress across multiple establishments in Madonna di Campiglio and serving as an assistant at a Tourist Office. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Foreign Languages for Tourism Management from Università di Trento and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Tourism from Università degli Studi di Verona, complemented by an Erasmus year at The Philipp University of Marburg.
