Prior to that, Thomas worked as Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and held various positions at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, including Senior Attorney and Branch Chief. Thomas also has experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Thomas earned their JD from The George Washington University Law School and their BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
