Doug Rider is a seasoned Senior Systems Engineer with extensive experience in solving complex engineering challenges. Since July 2017, Rider has been with ICR, Inc., after serving as a Senior Systems Engineer and Enterprise Architecture Lead at Stellar Solutions from June 2008 to July 2017. Prior roles include financial planning at First Command Financial Planning, Division Chief of Command and Control at USAF, Technical Executive for Source Management at NGA, and Division Chief for the Eagle Vision II program within the US Department of Defense, where responsibilities included the development of a mobile satellite imagery ground station. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master of Arts in Military Operational Art and Science from the Air Command and Staff College, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Signal Processing from the University of Washington.
