Kate has over 18 years of communications and marketing experience developing and implementing corporate and integrated campaigns, disease awareness efforts, product launches, managing issues and engaging thought leaders to align opinions. Her expertise includes corporate, franchise and product branding, messaging and issues.
She has experience across many therapeutic categories including oncology (including I-O), hematology, dermatology, pain, digital health, device, EMR, auto-immune, cardiology and rare diseases and has managed products along the spectrum of the drug life cycle and clinical trial stages. Kate’s client experience includes Incyte, Novartis, Intercept, Pfizer, Cancer Research Institute, Alexion Pharmaceuticals and Medidata.
Passionate about advocacy and third-party impact, she has also served on the New York City Regional Board of Directors for the American Heart Association and founded the Young Professionals of the American Heart Association.
Prior to joining ICR, Kate served as an EVP at Weber Shandwick, as a Group Director at W2O Group and as a Group Vice President at Makovsky + Co. Kate graduated with honors earning her B.A. in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania where she studied healthcare communications at the Annenberg School of Communications.
