Sioban Hickie is a Senior Vice President in ICR’s Investor Relations practice. Her focus is on partnering with executives in the energy, energy tech and sustainability sectors, to ensure comprehensive and effective communication of their strategy and value proposition.
Sioban has over 25 years of experience within capital markets. Prior to joining ICR in 2021, Sioban served as an analyst for Evercore ISI and Citi on consistently top ranked Institutional Investor teams, where her coverage focus spanned the global energy markets. Prior to equity research and a short tour in energy investment banking, Sioban was an executive at Hess Corp where she served in various capacities within the Strategy, Treasury and Investor Relations groups, supporting formation of a revised long-term corporate strategy, overseeing competitor and target valuation analysis, assisting in corporate messaging, and executing equity and fixed income financings.
Sioban began her career in the 1990s analyzing and acquiring interests in Russian oil companies, just as the borders opened and corporate privatization began. Sioban holds an M.B.A from Columbia Business School.
